Mr. Brown has practiced law for more than 30 years. He has represented Forbes-listed individuals, Fortune-ranked companies, a state governor, and a former White House Deputy Chief of Staff. He regularly handles matters valued in excess of $10 million, including an upper middle market M&A transaction and a $55 million settlement for a Fortune 75 company.
Mr. Brown has experience in matters involving real estate, banking, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, energy, gaming, software, toxic tort, and entertainment law. He has won jury trials in state and federal court. In addition to the private practice of law, Mr. Brown has served as Assistant Attorney General, Special Prosecutor, and Adjunct Professor of Trial Practice.
