BIOGRAPHY

David Brown has practiced law for 28 years. He has represented Forbes-listed individuals, Fortune-listed companies, the Governor of Missouri, and a former White House Deputy Chief of Staff. He regularly handles transactions and disputes with a value over $10 million, including a $55 million settlement for a Fortune 75 company.

Mr. Brown has experience in matters involving real estate, banking, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, energy, gaming, software, toxic tort, and entertainment law. He has won jury trials in state and federal court and has prevailed in the Missouri Supreme Court, all three districts of the Missouri Court of Appeals, and the Eighth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Brown has served as Assistant Attorney General, Special Prosecutor, Deputy Director of the Missouri Department of Public Safety, and Adjunct Professor of Trial Practice at the University of Missouri School of Law.
