Mr. Brown has practiced law for more than 30 years. He has represented Forbes-listed individuals, Fortune-ranked companies, a state governor, and a former White House Deputy Chief of Staff. He regularly handles high stakes and high value matters, including an upper middle market M&A transaction and a $55 million settlement for a Fortune 75 company.
Mr. Brown focuses on private client representation and outside counsel services.
