David Brown has practiced law for eighteen years. He has won jury trials in state and federal court and has won appeals in the Missouri Supreme Court, all three districts of the Missouri Court of Appeals, and the Federal Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Mr. Brown regularly handles transactions and disputes with a value over $10 million, including an out-of-court settlement worth more than $50 million for a Fortune 75 company. He has represented a diverse set of clients including a national bank, a regional hospital, an interstate pipeline, and an international private equity fund.

Mr. Brown has also served as Special Counsel to the Governor of Missouri, Assistant Attorney General, and Deputy Director of the Missouri Department of Public Safety, and he has taught at the University of Missouri School of Law as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Practice.
